(161) Toestemming tot deelname aan klinische proeven
Wat betreft de toestemming voor deelname aan wetenschappelijke onderzoeksactiviteiten in klinische proeven dienen de desbetreffende bepalingen van Verordening (EU) nr. 536/2014 van het Europees Parlement en de Raad van toepassing te zijn.
(161) Consenting to the Participation in Clinical Trials
For the purpose of consenting to the participation in scientific research activities in clinical trials, the relevant provisions of Regulation (EU) No 536/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council should apply.
