(95) Ondersteuning door de verwerker
De verwerker dient de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke, indien nodig en op verzoek, bij te staan om ervoor te zorgen dat de verplichtingen ingevolge de uitvoering van gegevensbeschermingseffectbeoordelingen en voorafgaande raadpleging van de toezichthoudende autoriteit worden nagekomen.
(95) Support by the Processor
The processor should assist the controller, where necessary and upon request, in ensuring compliance with the obligations deriving from the carrying out of data protection impact assessments and from prior consultation of the supervisory authority.
