De Europese Toezichthouder voor gegevensbescherming is geraadpleegd overeenkomstig artikel 28, lid 2, van Verordening (EG) nr. 45/2001 en heeft op 7 maart 2012 advies uitgebracht.

The European Data Protection Supervisor was consulted in accordance with Article 28(2) of Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 and delivered an opinion on 7 March 2012.
